Email Advising

When emailing an advisor in the International Admissions Office (iao@csueastbay.edu):
  • Use your CSUEB Horizon email address to contact us. For questions that require us to look up your student record, replies will only be sent to your Horizon email address.
  • Include your Net ID and full name. 
  • Be specific with your questions and provide any necessary context and information.
Our goal is to answer all emails within 1 business day, however, during peak application processing periods, responses may be delayed.
